For the women who are used to being the strong one for everyone else.

I’m based in Tulsa and provide online therapy for women across Oklahoma and Texas. I work with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, motherhood stress, and the pressure of feeling like everything depends on them. Therapy here is a place to understand what’s keeping those patterns going and learn how to respond differently when they show up.

About I’m Possible Therapy for Women

You can hold a lot. That doesn’t mean you have to hold it all.

You’ve spent a long time being the one who keeps things running, handles what needs to be handled, and makes sure everyone else is okay.

From the outside, it may look like you have everything together. But internally, your mind rarely gets a real break. You may replay conversations, worry about getting things right, or carry responsibility for people and situations that may not actually be yours to carry.

Therapy gives us space to slow that down and figure out what you actually need.

Here, you don’t have to perform strength.

You get to show up as a whole person. The capable parts, the overwhelmed parts, and the parts that are tired of holding it all together.

We slow things down and look at what has been weighing on you, what you’ve been carrying, and what may not need to be yours anymore.

A lot of women tell me they appreciate that I’m warm and supportive, but also practical. We’re not just sitting in the hard stuff forever. We’re figuring out what to do with it.

You don’t have to show up with the right words or a clear plan. We can start wherever you are.

You don’t need a gold star for suffering quietly. You deserve space to set down what was never meant to be yours alone.

In therapy, we start making sense of what has been driving the pressure. We look at the overthinking, self-pressure, people-pleasing, and the past experiences that may be shaping how you respond to stress, relationships, and responsibility now.

Sometimes we also look at the different “parts” of you that show up in hard moments. The part that pushes you to get everything right. The part that worries about letting people down. The part that feels overwhelmed, resentful, or exhausted. When those parts start to make more sense, it becomes easier to respond to yourself with more compassion instead of criticism.

Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I’m not here to judge you, sit silently, or expect you to have everything figured out. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, humor when it fits, and enough honesty to help you notice the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
